Our Coast, Our Sea - Lindisfarne Castle Winter Opening

During your visit you can enjoy one of the free Conservation Quizzes. Aimed at children aged 5 – 12. All the family can get involved. You will learn why the castle can only be open for a certain number of hours each year. You will see what is done in the winter months. How the cleaning is done, the sort of equipment that is used, why the collection is put to bed and what the threats are to the collection and the property.
