Sample Our Sweets at the Grace Darling Museum on RNLI SOS Day

Come and taste a range of tempting RNLI sweets at the Grace Darling Museum in aid of RNLI SOS Day on Friday 27 January.

SOS Day is the RNLI’s biggest fundraising day of the year and gives everyone a chance to show their support for the charity’s volunteer lifeboat crew and lifeguards. From rowathons to sizzling sausages, people around the country will be getting involved in the annual fundraising challenge next Friday.

RNLI Grace Darling Museum Manager Virginia Mayes-Wright said: ‘Sample Our Sweets will give everyone a treat while helping to raise awareness of the vital work of the RNLI.

‘We’d love to see people in the museum shop to share the SOS Day fun and to find out all the goodies the RNLI sells to support its volunteer lifeboat crew and lifeguards. And of course, packets of your favourite sweets are on sale in case you just can’t go home without them.’
